  • Once I receive the necessary onboarding information, foundational strategy can be delivered in 4 business days (usually about a week or less).

  • Once a month you will receive an update with analytics and next steps. You can request a particular day of the month you’d like to receive your content and I’ll have it delivered promptly each month. I will always check in prior to delivering anything to see if there is anything in particular you’d like me to focus on that month.

  • My inbox is always open and I check my emails several times a day. Let me know what questions they have and I’ll provide you with an answer so you can respond to their SEO questions with confidence.

  • Nope! If you work on platforms other than Squarespace, I can provide white-label strategy for any platform.

  • My monthly retainer services do not require a long term commitment. You can try out the retainer service for one month, but please note the first month requires the full foundational service prior to beginning in order to take care of the necessary onboarding and initial research.

  • If your client cancels, or you need to cancel, just let me know before the next billing period. Once a payment has been processed, I do not offer refunds, but if you can get me advanced notice via email, text, or phone call prior to your next billing statement, I’m happy to pause your recurring payment.

  • Yes. At this time I am not providing white label reports, but you may take any analytics or screenshots I send and create a report of your own. You may not share my overview videos (these are for you only), but you may use the video content to inspire your own overview video and repeat what was passed on to you.

  • I will always provide recommendations on how to implement technical optimization, however if you get stuck, I can provide a more detailed Loom walkthrough, or assist at my hourly rate.
