As a new business owner, I had a rudimentary website and random ideas about what I “should” be doing with my marketing to grow my business but felt like I was spinning my wheels. I reached out to Khara for help creating a marketing plan. We talked about my business, and she asked great questions to get a good understanding of the type of work I do. She was incredibly professional, warm, and a great listener. After our initial meeting she came back with a detailed marketing plan including concrete steps and goals/KPIs for me. Khara explained in detail why she included the various parts of her plan. She never tried to fit my work into a pre-existing box, rather, she worked to make pre-existing structures conform to what I want to do with my business. She even helped me work on my website—her design skills are amazing! Khara was always very responsive and gave me confidence that I can do this! I will absolutely use her for more work in the future.
