Happy Stitches LLC - Long Arm Quilting
Chris Liebel is a long arm quilter located in Farmington, New Mexico serving Farmington, Durango, and the four corners. Her business Happy Stitches LLC needed a website to communicate her services and display her numerous quilts and pantograph patterns. With a library of 500 patterns and hundreds of quilts to share, this website would grow with her.
We started with the Hales template on Squarespace. This template was a great starting place for her Pantograph collection, quilt gallery, and service pages.
Chris loved the hover effect of the e-commerce feature in Squarespace, so we repurposed a store page as a Pantograph collection. This allowed her to take advantage of the flip between pattern and quilt on the landing page. The category function also fit perfect for this purpose. Because Chris didn’t need to sell anything online, we hid the e-commerce features so she could stay on a personal plan and display a clean “product” page with just the pantograph patterns and examples.
This website included layered loading animations, SEO optimization, separate mobile design, testimonials, and “clip art flare” from her own quilt designs. In Chris’s own words, this website needed to be “like a quilt show”!
